Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly qualified Strategic Mobility Manager to support Naval Special Warfare Group Two (NSWG-2) Logistics Support Unit Two (LOGSU-2) at JEB Little Creek - Fort Story.
This individual will provide expert assistance in the management, coordination, and scheduling of the physical handling and movement of all passenger and cargo assets as part of the air/sea lift load planning program for LOGSUPPU-2 and its supported component commands. The role demands an advanced blend of administrative transportation compliance, heavy vehicle operations, and hands-on container and asset management.
Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications/ Requirements
- Possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) utilizing common and standard business software programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Enter data into multiple databases accurately and efficiently.
- :Possess an active SECRET Security Clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of active experience in ordnance shipping, Special Warfare (SPECWAR) team movements, and Army/Air Force mobility movement programs and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of Department of Defense (DOD) and Naval Physical Security, Safety, and Ordnance regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of transportation planning and coordination functions involving hazardous materials. Direct familiarity with federal transportation regulations, including 49 CFR, International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines, International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) codes, and Air Force Joint Manuals (AFMAN).
- Must possess and active Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) CLASS A.
- Must possess and maintain an active tractor-trailer (semi) license and a military/civilian forklift license supporting up to a 12,000 lb. capacity.
Duties/ Responsibilities: - Facilitate the movement of all NSWG-2 and component commands’ gear and equipment. This includes collecting, inspecting, staging, and pre-positioning all material to meet critical required delivery dates and priorities in preparation for the receipt of squadrons and unit movements.
- transport under the NSWG-2 Command.
- Responsible for the complete upkeep, inspection, and physical condition of all Air Force pallets, nets, and ancillary equipment, alongside all types of Military Vans (MILVANs), International Shipping Units (ISUs), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) containers.
- Maintain vehicles and staging yards, conducting daily physical rounds of logistics yards to ensure cargo containers remain parked in their designated, secure areas.
- Maintain electronic and paper-based files, including equipment maintenance records, scale history jackets, inventory records, personnel and vehicle logs, personnel and equipment load manifests, and all associated documentation prescribed by naval regulations and NSW requirements.
- Thoroughly validate all aircraft configurations, specialized hazardous material (HAZMAT) packaging parameters, and joint military transportation requirements.
