Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly professional SPEAR Customer Service Representative to support Naval Special Warfare Group Two (NSWG-2) Logistics Support Unit Two (LOGSU-2) at JEB Little Creek - Fort Story.
This individual will be responsible for critical warehouse management tasks—such as receiving, stowage, and receipt processing—specifically within the Special Operations Personal Equipment Advanced Requirement (SPEAR) warehouse. The role blends technical logistics database tracking with active material handling to manage the entire lifecycle of specialized combat and environmental gear issued to Navy SEALs and technicians.
Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications/ Requirements
- Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Systems Operations: Able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) utilizing common and standard business software programs.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Data Entry: Enter data into multiple databases accurately and efficiently.
- Security Clearance: Possess an active SECRET Security Clearance.
- Minimum of five years of dedicated warehousing and inventory management experience directly within the Department of Defense (DoD) logistics enterprise.
- Direct experience or high proficiency utilizing the SSAVIE management program and the SPEAR 3.0 inventory database system.
- Must possess, or be fully qualified to obtain, a valid license to operate a forklift for daily warehouse material handling.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Process, breakout, and manage initial tactical load-outs and long-term sustainment gear requests for specialized SPEAR equipment.
- Execute comprehensive lifecycle management, including the formal return and disposal of all SPEAR gear turned in by Technicians and SEALs.
- Coordinate directly with the Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) to properly process, route, and account for all tactical equipment marked for disposal.
- Input, track, and manage official equipment requisitions utilizing the specialized SSAVIE system.
- Process and manage all incoming material, organized warehouse stowage, physical inventories, and the daily reconciliation of material issued within the SPEAR 3.0 management software.
- Safely operate material handling equipment to load, unload, stow, and stage heavy pallets and gear crates throughout the facility.
